First Mutual Properties Limited (https://www.firstmutualproperties.com) is a private construction and development company that develops and owns an extensive portfolio of commercial, retail, office and industrial properties. We have worked with First Mutual Properties on many projects, including the construction of a 178,000 sq. ft. 30' clear height climate-controlled distribution facility for McKesson Canada in Moncton, New Brunswick; the densification and redevelopment of First Lake Community Plaza in Sackville, Nova Scotia; and the development of Blue Heron Estates in Porters Lake, Nova Scotia.

Hercules Group (https://www.herculeslifting.com)  is comprised of companies operating across Canada and into the United States, and includes Hercules Crane and Lifting Supplies, Hurricane Industrial Leasing and Horizon Testing Inc. We provide support in connection with their organization as they continue to expand their operations.

Queens Manor (https://www.queensmanor.ca/) provides long-term care at a facility in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. As a not-for-profit organization, it operates under the direction of a Board of Directors. We have worked with Queens Manor in connection with a number of matters including the construction of their new $100 million 112-bed long-term care facility.

Ocean Entertainment (https://ocean.ca/) has been a client for nearly thirty years. Ocean is the producer of award-winning television programs, and has been the recipient of six Gemini Awards, two James Beard Awards, and numerous film festival prizes.
